Hm, the Year of Luigi is over? Huh, odd. Maybe I wasn't paying much attention, but besides Luigi's Mansion 2, and the Luigi U, was there anything that was all that significant?

well there was Luigi's Mansion 2, Dream Team, LuigiU, Dr. Luigi, and something else I believe. but I'd call LM2 significant, its one of my favorites on 3ds.

Ah yes, forgot about Dream Team, though from what I've seen, I think my preferences are still leaned ever so slightly to BiS.
Hm, so the big three were DT, LM2 and NSLB U, hmm, for a years work, that's not too shabby I guess.

Not too shabby indeed. Dark Moon was an excellent game and Dream Team is pretty fun too.

I think besides those though, and the Luigi themed 3DS, I don't think I was completely aware of the Year of Luigi. In retrospect, it might have been because I wasn't paying much attention, but part of me feels that it was a little bare in between the games.

They should have done more merchandising/advertising, cause more Luigi products never hurt anybody.

Actually, they did a ton of stuff. Just look up "Year of Luigi Activities" on Google. He even got his own train.

There was a nice Nintendo Club reward, which was a Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon Statue.
