Only in the US, I believe. I haven't seen any on my end.

Might try out the 3DS demo, though I'm not hearing good things about it at all lately... I saw someone on facebook call it worse than Sonic 06, yes really.

It doesn't look Sonic 06 bad. At least the first two worlds look fun. I heard bad things about most other levels, though.

What took them so long for outside of Japan and why not EU?

Somecallmejohnny just uploaded his review of the Wii U and 3DS versions of Lost World:

While I can't truly speak for what he says about the 3DS version (though I do trust Johnny, I tend to agree with him a lot, too), I think he made a fair assessment of the Wii U version, even if I did disagree with some points (he is wrong about wall-running in 2D sections working without the run button, because I've tried, and Sonic never runs up the wall on me unless I hold the run button. Also, the Red Rings were a joy to collect, for the most part. I love exploring these stages, even now, and I only got 3 or 4 Game Overs over the course of my time with the game).
And to compare what this reviewer thinks of other Sonic games:
For reference, I'd rate '06 an "F", Unleashed a "C+", Colors a "B+", and "Generations" an "A"
EDIT: HAHAHA, YEEEEEEES:

Ah yes good 'ol Johnny, what a great gift to return to when I come back from school!

Hm, wonder how many fans of Johnny we have here?

If you are at least a moderate Sonic fan, and you use YouTube, you likely have seen a Johnny video at least once in your life. :V
But yeah, I've watched pretty much every single video he's ever uploaded on his main channel (the only exceptions that come to mind are the Metroid Prime reviews, as I would like to play through that trilogy myself first).

Okedoke, I did like his Metroid Prime 3 review in particular when it came to the hilarity factor, one thing I've liked is that he always conveys the facts, but has a sense of humour to go with it too.

^That's pretty much what I like about most reviewers I watch, and what I would aim to be if I start YouTube reviews.

Repetitive or not, I still think his points are well conveyed and effective. Unlike one of the youtubers I see in that comment section.

Well said. I think Balish just made the video as a friendly joke and not because he has something against SomecallmeJohnny. Cptfalcon54 in comments pretty much said same thing I would say.

Hm, considering his relations with a certain notorious YouTuber, I would retain some suspicion.

Here's a little test of recording Sonic Lost World with the Elgato. I need to turn the colour saturation down a bit, but other than that, I think I pretty much nailed the quality (goes up to 1080p).

For anyone who has the Wii U version of Lost World, do you have any tips on controlling the Crimson Eagle? I'm trying to do the "fly for 30 seconds mission".
EDIT: Nevermind.

OK, THIS is the best, most thorough review I've found on this game. Really makes me want to make my own:
