Your intention by doing so is pretty obvious, and < thinks most people on here will agree, as there's a very specific reason you're picking that particular country; you're not joking about your own country, you're joking about the country of someone who you've publicly declared you dislike, and continuing to do so after the person in question has said that it makes them uncomfortable is a form of bullying.
