I wonder, does the Hoodstomper merely say Come on! in English? And not in other languages, 'cause that could be disadvantageous.

For the longest time I thought Hoodstomper said come on, but when I saw this question I went back and listened just to be sure and it sounded more like a bunch of gobbildy gook. He has the same voice in every version, last I checked.
