Well, < woke up an hour ago, < goes to uni in later on Thursday.

< just had his English oral exam.
It went extremely well, surprisingly. Of course < needed tot summarise the text that was hardest of the three, and we had a conversation about the subject, which was singularity, afterwards. The words < needed to explain in English were all very well known to <.
Basically it went great

< is successfully making a recovery from <'s small virus.

<'s 6th grade teacher was fat and got pissed at me when < lost a pencil

< needs to renew <'s season ticket today, <'d have done it yesterday if < weren't waiting on <'s mouse to arrive.

Hmm, not the most advanced, but not the simplest. < probably would have struggled to explain some of those too, < finds < is ok using words, but < doesn't always find it easy to explain them.

Well that was the whole purpose of the oral, prepare the text, be able to summarize it and be able to explain every word

Was it on RL, or UPlay in general? < would expect there to be a restriction overall, but not on RL.
< wonders how many members here actually give their actual age when it comes to stuff like that.

< is pretty certain Master was mainly talking about the gross overusage of memes that've been really popular with the younger crowd on the forum, because < completely agrees with him on that note. Recently, there's been a huge influx of members who pretty much dedicate their time here to spamming MLG/Shrek stuff and have turned the meme from something that could entail surprising and unexpected humour into, well, the exact opposite, and now all < wants to do when < sees them is gouge <'s eyes out (they probably will want to as well when they look back in a few years). < finds the Shrek meme itself to be especially funny, but then again, < is used to laughing at the cleverness and originality of what made the meme popular in the first place.

RPC has had a history of incredibly funny trolls, some of the funniest < has ever seen. If any of the above are trying to be like them, they've got an unfathomably long way to go unless they start coming at it from a different angle.

< felt the need to respond to something this old because < really doesn't appreciate the way ^ is attributing feeling annoyed by this to Master/anyone's own personality, essentially calling them bitter people, which is often the sort of defensive position those who are innately annoyed by intelligence/reservation take.

Eyup. < thinks Master's comments have been fairly successful, in that the MLG/loominaty/shrek bull has quietened down over the past week or so, and < is very glad of that.
