< is curious as to whether 'Your' can be a plural, < thought it was only singular.
If you where going to use it for many people, you'd have to establish a group first by saying 'All' or something so that it would still make sense as a singular, because you're addressing a group...

I don't actually know, they're just my thoughts.

'Your', like 'you', can be singular or plural in standard English - it originated as a plural - and is normaly defined by context.

< is educating the youth, can < b mod yet

Is ^ sure?
If the first thing you said to a group of people was "Your jokes are getting old" without an introduction, it sounds as if you're focusing on one person.
If you said "All of you, your jokes are old" then it sounds like it would make much more sense, because you're establishing "All of you" as the singular group of people, and it makes the world 'Your' into a singular. Same thing with 'You', it sounds like a singular that can be made into a pseudo-plural if you establish a group as a singular first, if you see what < means.
Whatever, it just sounds really odd to <.

Note < said 'normally'. < might clarify a plural with 'you guys', like you clarify with 'all of you' or Southerners do with 'y'all', but that doesn't change the history of the word 'you' nor the fact that it is used for both singular and plural.

Southeners also say "y'all" when they talk about only one person though.

All the 'you' pronouns are both plural and singular. That goes for 'you', 'your' and 'yours'. And yes, < is sure.
Although 'you guys' or 'all of you' would clarify further, neither are necessary to convey the same message or meaning.

If only we still used Olde English... then this would be so much more easily solved.
Thou hath forsaken me! - Only you, that one person I'm talking to, has forsaken me.
Thou have forsaken me! - All of you have forsaken me.

Exactly. But < doesn't mind the loss of thou, though it is a nice pronoun.

WAIT A SECOND. That last one should be "you have forsaken me". Silly Shroob.

< finds it funny, speaking of old English, how "ye" was never a word, and that it simply arose from people mistaking the old English cursive þ ("th") for a y.

Oh, < had never really considered 'You' and 'Your' as plurals, but <'s probably just never noticed anyone using them.
