Yeah, some RZ members where using weird usernames, mostly because
Rayman can't be used.

How do you know that?

Because i first tried to make my username containing the word "Rayman".
Globox also can't...

And you also can't use Rayman as name on the PC (here).

I think it's a good idea. People may think it's the real Rayman. Just joking.

Well, i think it just isn't a "real" username on a "Rayman" forum...

Names having something to do with the game of which the forums are from, are kind of noobish. But, to the point.

I didn't ban Ray-man8831 unfairly. In fact, I didn't even ban him. How can a vet possibly not know that mods never had the ability to ban?

Though every mod agreed about banning him. Sometimes you have to make terrible decisions.

But the worst thing about it is that people who do something wrong and get themselves banned, don't even understand why.

For the last time I will make it clear, then. He had an incredibly huge signature, which was against the rules. Then I and other mods told him to remove it, and his answer was 'make a smaller one yourself or deal with it'. Breaking the rules shouldn't always be solved by a moderator, he had to change the sig himself. We even gave him like a week, and he still was too stubborn to do it. Very foolish.

This is the way he got himself banned. Nobody can disagree about it that it was his own fault.

Now I hope he'll understand this. If not, he certainly has some kind of problem...

When the forums come back, probably all the banned IP's are no longer banned. That means, when I get to be a mod again, I will have a lot of work to do again... and I may have to become even more strict.

Personally I would actually prefer not to see the forums back in a long while, cause it will only be a noob fest dammit.

But the members were important. If the forum comes back too late, people will leave forever. Over the past few weeks, Pirate-Community has been incredibly active. Of course, that's a good thing, but people may get distracted on it, rather than RZ. But that's okay, because PC is also cool. It's quite difficult to explain.

I just hope it won't be so hectic when RZ returns. All of those topics containing things, like 'will banned members return', 'welcome back' 'finally, why did it take so long?'

I'm not looking forward to it.

I think RZ was really clean if you see many other forums, thanks to Jona, because most of the other mods didn't do many work...
And that's the "main" improvement for the RZ forums in my case, more good moderators!

RZ was also the first forum i ever joined, so it remembers me on exploring how to use them, and more...

After all, i still like RZ and i really hope it will return, well, i think it will return but it will take time for UbiSoft, like normally...
And i also think UbiRazz will get the forums up BEFORE the release of RaymanDS and Hoodlums-Revenge, because they need Rayman forums especialy around a new game release.

I agree with both of you. The forums will get questions about the absence but oh well, if one or two get locked with a good explenation then maybe those topics will stop.

And yeah, the forum should be back in time for the announcement of Hoodlum's Revenge and Rayman DS. Nobody really seems to listen to my idea.

Well, old people will leave, yes, that's right, but there will come thousands of new people because RZ would affilicated on the boxes of the new games, like there was with Rayman3.

Ray2master, who used to be a moderator here, is Ray-man8831 but isn't Phoenixian I think.
About his ban, that stupid admin could have deleted his sig

Yeah, he is a super mod at my forum, but he is being good, so I can't realy say anything bad.

And hunchman, he isn't phoenixan.

Ray2master? The only super mods at your forum are called Assassin EX and Pyra~Demeitra, am I wrong?

Our Great Guru is back and hadn't left us. He had had some health problems.

We announce you that if Rayman Zone comes back as a phpBB, we'll go on trying to hack it, but if it doesn't, we'll consider our revenge accomplished.

About the Great Guru's motivations, he didn't want to tell you more than this : "I was unfairly punished by some people from the management at the beginning of the Raymanzone".

Understandable. If RZ comes back as a Ubiboard, most of us will consider it dead anyways

Do you guys only hack it if it is a phpBB?
I don't think it will be phpBB, it would be something like ubb.threads or eve (like ubi.com forums).

Then it will suck and they won't do anything anymore!

Well, if the RZ comes back as phpBB (doubtful) then I presume Ubisoft will protect it better. Oh, and I have 1 question for ARZO.
