Haruka, wasn't Rayman released for the Jaguar in 1994?

Originally yes, but later versions were just in 1995.

I can only assume your next post will be as a ghost, if you said 'Brb' after stating you were going to hang yourself.

I've been scavenging at the local markets on Sundays, trying to find an old copy of the original Rayman for PS1. Last week I thought I found it, but it turned out to be:

It was Level 1 version.

Damnit...one day, one day I will find a copy...

(Yes I can't be bothered to buy it on PS3 through PSN.)

Yep, I'm a ghost now

Other than that I also found it pretty hard to find a copy of Rayman 1 for the ps1 where I lived. When I did find it though I got it for less than $3 in mint condition. There where olny a few scracthes on the jewel case (Including the one my eraser later made when it burnt a line into the case. lol I raged so hard when that happend.)

Nah the 1994 part was when it was shown at CES.

Oher...I have Level 1. I was thinking about getting rid of it but I really need to spruce up the case first before I do anything else with it. x:

I found mine at a boot-fair - although back in the day all of the mum's would be crowding around a copy in my local GAME (which back then was called Electronics Boutique) :P

Just played the game with a Classic Controller Pro for the first time today (actually the first time I've ever played anything with a Classic Controller Pro for that matter). At first I was unsure because the plastic it's made from is a little on the cheap side, making it slightly clam-y to touch if you know what I mean, but when you get used to it, it's actually really comfortable, and a lot less of a sore hands experience then the other control methods (Wiimote solo being the worst. I literally tried it for 5 seconds, said 'ow' and switched to nun-chuck mode :P)

Speaking of Origins - anyone up to ripping the voice clips? That would be cool 8) although I'm sure a bit of an effort, sorry for bringing it up

Then I'm sure I'll want a Pro Classic Controller. I hope I can get soon the opportunity to buy one.

Only just got mine around the town today. It's a pre-owned Golden-eye one. Like I said, it does take a while to get used to due to the poor choice of plastic - but the buttons feel really satisfying :)

I think the controller is pretty good, not great. I definitely don't think it comes close to the comfort of a GameCube, N64, or XBox 360 controller though.

I still wish I could play with a GameCube controller - that would be even better still! A N64 controller though? Has to be the most uncomfortable contraption to ever be called an official console controller...just my opinion though :P

Nah I agree with you. The way the n64 controller design is quite funky and confusing, in fact I found it more confusing today at the age of 15, when I was a kid I found it easy to use. Anyways I'm back after a long Christmas so hello everyone! Since I got a 3ds for christmas, I'm pretty desperate for a rayman origins release, but hell we still got the ps3 version so I'll stick with that for now! Oh and there should be a collectors edition for the 3ds version of Rayman origins HERE IN THE U.S. we didn't get a collectors edition :c so I'm hoping we GET SOMETHING with the 3ds version, just something.

I had already posted that before the game was even released.
I'm sure it's somewhere in this thread, but where? That's a mystery. Luckily I still have the link: http://www.multiupload.com/IW21QSI9BG

Oh thanks, had forgotten about that completely. I think I wanted to wait until it was released before downloading it so not to spoil myself too much, but then forgot about it :P
