Rayman Origins?

You normally use the telescopic fist (if you play as Rayman), but there's also that rare power-up that makes your shots behave like R2-style energy spheres.
I forgot how that power-up looks though... I haven't used it all that much (it's rare) - I'm not sure whether it's an energy sphere or not.
Moskito shoots energy sphere thingies too.

I do believe it shoots gloves/"fists".

Sorry but it isn't Rayman Origins either.

That is not a Rayman game for me.

Also, i'm quite sure that it might be Rayman Revolution. You can throw your fist before you get the ability to shoot from the teensies, and then you can shoot energy bullets or whatever.

I wouldn't say that the punch that Rayman gave in the beginning of Rayman Revolution is a telescopic fist, but just a normal punch. This is why I mentioned telescopic fist: it is thrown but the hand returns to Rayman again. This is not the case.
