Re: The You Game!
< thinks it probably won't, knowing us. The terrible forum games flourish as the clever ones wither. But < wants to give it a go anyway if we can come up with a good format.
If we went the full tabletop route, we'd need a GM. But the more relaxed 'You Game'-esque version Shroob proposed wouldn't need one.

Well < still is learning programming so < can't make the game if it's going to be a real game D:
(talking about it, a flash game/animation can be cool xD)

It's cool you immediately got what < was suggesting. <'s writing an introductory post right now, but < hopes it doesn't turn out too complicated. < tends to over-explain <'sself sometimes... haha.Jewish Candy wrote:< thinks that, fleshed out with "it's super effective!"/"roll for initiative" stuff, it could be pretty fun. Would there be a setting, or would the setting be RPC itself? < loves organically grown lore

Re: The You Game!
< thinks thats an interesting idea. < has always wanted to try a tabletop RPG but has always worried about how much time and effort < would have to put into it especially if it was done online through text, especially considering ,'s short attention span who will start to write something and then in the middle of what <'s writing will go off track and just keep getting off track again and again to the point were none of what < is saying makes any sense anymore. That and the learning curve too, < once got sent a D&D beginners guide by a friend who wanted < to play D&D wwith them and the book was like 800 pages long, and sure it went really in depth about being how to go about starting to play D&D but < reaelised that if < didn't have the time or effolrt to read through that book then < probably wouldn't have time to play D&D anyway, so a more condensed RPG like What Shroobie-woobie is describing would be much more ideal for <.

<really wants a tortilla wrap, but has never made a torilla before.
< might go down to tesco see if they have any gluten free tortilla's and < will get some fillings for them whilst <'s there.

One of <'s "guilty" pleasures is a tortilla wrap filled exclusively with cottage cheese.

Hmm, isn't Mafia in a way, a sort of Table-top RPG? < knows it doesn't really follow the adventuring trope and whatnot, but it requires a game-master and some luck.

Re: The You Game!
Yes. <'s sort of inspired by Mafia's good guy-bad guy interaction and will see if incorporating a tiny aspect of it into <'s forum game will make it more interesting.
< really hopes this ends up catching on. <'d like to play a game with y'all.
<'s currently writing up the introductory post.

Re: The You Game!
Now see the funny - the funny, the PUN part of the pun, get this - die can mean death, but it can also, it can also mean MULTIPLE DICES :O :O :O Like in an RPG :O :O :O
< knows it's very clever yes, quite hard to percieve if you don't know the terminology like <, so don't worry

< always got confused between "die" and "dice," <'s always taken "die" as singular, and "dice" as plural.
