To you may way of thinking does sound strange, yes. However, the reason why I thought it is the way it fades out so quickly after she sais it and the way the game doesn't seem to have a real ending anyway - I mean, the return to the Snoring Tree is fine, of course, but seems a bit silly to be a real ending. Then again, the whole game's a bit silly. Maybe it's for the best.

Hell yeah it was annoying, I'll definitely stick it in my top three for hardest time trials.

Had another look, and was able to find 'What a nightmare that was! Many thanks!' - which is pretty much the same thing but reworded, so yeah :P

So I'm not the only one that's finding the time trial on Piping Hot a bit of a nuisance then....

Yay, I'm not alone!

 source, please

Anyway... this guy is trying to make a review to compare Rayman Origins with Super Mario 3d Land... it's a pretty bad review in my opinion, but the guy praises Rayman Origins a lot.

Never heard of Yahtzee before? He's like the best piss-taker to ever live! And for a game to not only get actual praise from him, but to not be bashed in any way either is quite an accomplishment.

I recommend watching the other episodes of Zero Punctuation too, they are all awesome. :)

"Modern Borefare and Twattlefield make a pretty convincing case that people should stop existing altogether and just to save time we should form a big circle and on the signal all cap the person to the right.

Oh, and Happy New Year, by the way."

I tried the classic controller. Definitely, the Wii Remote with nunchuk wins, the classic controller is way too small, and isn't confortable at all.

EDIT: HOLY CHIMP, MEGAUPLOAD WAS CLOSED!!

I love Rayman! :D He is my favourite character, but I havent brought RO yet and have no plans to do so. The graphics are nice, the characters are lovely, Livingstones, Moskito and Hunter(don't like the new Mr. Dark though), but I feel that something is missing. It is simply too fast paced for me. Please don't get mad because I am not the biggest fan of RO. :(

In fact I have felt that the series have never reached the top which in my opinion is Rayman 1. Rayman 1 had awesome levels with a lot of exploration and the best music in a video game so far. This is something that RO don't have in my opinion. They should release a Triolgy game in 2 years or so and remake the graphics into the beaty of RO and insert Co-Op and Online Multiplayer to all the three first games. That is what I would call a real good video game. So I am curious about the next Rayman game. :)

Mr Dark isn’t in the game, that’s the Magician. Don’t you think you should at least rent it or something? Have you tried the demo?

Well, I have played through the demo and also through five worlds with my buddy. It felt fun, but it didin't really gave me quality time like Rayman 1. The exploration and music is my main problems in RO. :(

God, I miss the old days sitting with my sister and cousin playing Rayman 1 all day long, even my father played it a bit. Its my #1 Video Game of all time :)
Not trying to complain about the bad aspects of RO, just my feelings for the Rayman-series.

Its funny. I like the fast paced action of Origins and it makes it hard to go back to 1 which is very slow paced in comparison.

Most people have the same feelings as you, but I loved something about the whole deal and difficulty of completing the game in Rayman 1. I was so happy when I saw a life statue, so happy when getting a cage, so happy when I completed a stage and Rayman said: "YEAH!" That is what makes it better in my opinion. The cages are so easy to spot and is basicly hidden like in Donkey Kong Country Returns, just easier to find. Rayman Origins was also a bit to easy for my taste. Even though the late levels is hard, I feel that it need a certain difficulty a little bit earlier. Also, the soundtracks sucks in RO in my opinion.
