Re: Rayman Origins
You know what RaymanPS1, I can totally understand you. RO is a great game, but I don't get the type of magic, that I got with the other 3 games, hell even RRR. A big part of this is probably nostalgia, but still, this is one of the main problems with video games today. You just don't get the same magical feel as in the PS2, PS1, N64 and SNES area.

Re: Rayman Origins
which one? the tropical theme? or the one that you hear and makes you feel like you're batman (the ADAM WEST batman)? I totally love the first one, because is a very creative theme, but the second one (the one that you hear when you're following the darktoon) is annoying as hell :sBarkingChaos wrote:Everyone is entitled to their own opinoins![]()

Re: Rayman Origins
The Trouble in Paradise song is the one that grates my nerves the most, but there a number of blah sounding songs on those levels
Re: Rayman Origins
Reverse that sentence for my opinion on the music in the ice levelssergiomonty wrote:

The tropical themes are pretty mediocre and muzak related - but they are supposed to be, that was clearly the idea

Re: Rayman Origins
lol okay
anyway, Rayman origins' music is not so bad, actually, the game was praised for it's soundtrack.
Re: Rayman Origins
Finally got Rayman Origins after 4 months of wanting it!
Re: Rayman Origins
I love this game. I bought it for PS3... but in 3DS and PSVita versionss there will be something more than PS3,360 and Wii versions?
Re: Rayman Origins
I think there are small differences, like the inclusion of shareable ghost datas of Time Attacks.

I love the icy tropical theme, it's my favourite music in the entire game.sergiomonty wrote:which one? the tropical theme? or the one that you hear and makes you feel like you're batman (the ADAM WEST batman)? Re: Rayman Origins
Well, I'm talking about this one.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G2QxswTl ... ideo_title
The beat is so relaxing, so calm!! the foamy sound of the whisky being served in a glass at the beginning is just pure genius!
Oh, btw, a scrapped Infernal Kitchen song:

Knowing that this one was scrapped makes me sad, because it's an amazing song! it's actually the happiest one (and the catchiest one) from the Infernal Kitchen soundtrack, and if you listen carefully, you can hear the original Rayman Origins theme (the one from the first trailer).

Re: Rayman Origins
So, I got this game around New Years, but I'm kind of confused by the story, ahahaha. Why does Polokus go stark raving mad and start clucking like a chicken?
Re: Rayman Origins
I think it's something to do with the Electoons being caged and the attack from the Darktoons. The Electoons are the stuff his dreams are made of, and the Darktoons his nightmares. My guess is that when there's war between dreams and nightmares, it screws with his mind.ParadoxJuice wrote:So, I got this game around New Years, but I'm kind of confused by the story, ahahaha.
