^^'s You-Gaming is off, "<" refers to oneself, if one were to substitute the "<" as intended, ^'s sentence reads:

"BestXIII But he creates more than 3000 words for the english language"

Yeah that's right, < shouldn't try to fix mistakes when sentences don't make any sens.

When you use the "<", you're supposed to use it instead of your name or the words "me" and "I" and stuff, so instead of saying "BestXIII is cool" you would say "< is cool" or instead of saying "An owl kicked me" you would say "An owl kicked <".
