< is trying to play N64 but <'s TV is really old and the contrast is off. Changing the settings, including the contrast, doesn't help either. < thinks its video output is really bright, because the PS2 and WiiU work fine, it's only the N64's video that looks crappy and there's no way to change it it seems... Also, the image for anything < has doesn't fit the whole image on the screen and the sides are cut off, and < can't find any over-scan settings

< also keeps getting these really annoying "This copy of Windows is not genuine" pop-ups that started appearing recently, and it says < has to buy another Windows licence even though < already had one that worked for over a year... And there seems to be no way to fix it

Has ^'s computer forgotten its serial key? <'s sibling has that problem, and < thinks it's to do with the serial key somehow being forgotten.

Possibly, though < doesn't have <'s old key any more. <'s uncle works for Microsoft though, and he gets free copies (where < got <'s originally) so < might be able to snag another for free hopefully.

< wonders what version of Windows ^ runs, < wouldn't be sure if ^ could get 7 seeing as it's no longer in mainstream support.

Yes, it's 7, though < remembers there being codes for 7 that were unredeemed on <'s uncle's account, so there might be hope.
