It makes me wonder yet why the Nintendo 3DS version will arrive almost one month later than the Vita version. I do hope they insert the same stuff of Vita, or else I won't get a clue of why it took longer to arrive. The only thing known about the 3DS version:

I say its more that the vita is hurting and they want to give incentive for people to buy it :/
As for why the 3DS is taking longer, maybe its the programming of the game to work with the 3DS specs? I dunno. I have neither and may buy a 3DS when they drop in price and my DS dies. Vita I have no interest in as it would become just another 150 dollar paperweight. Sony knows squat about handhelds.

I think that 300€ for a portable console is too much, even knowing Vita's technical details.
I also don't feel wanting to spend all that for just one game. When I bought the PS3 at least I had in mind games like Ratchet and Clank, Sly Cooper and one game or two in PSN, not just Rayman Origins. And let's not forget the Blu-Ray.

@Spiraldoor's walltext (yeah, here we go again)
wow...I said "uncomplete" instead of incomplete...I must improve my english ... ehum, back to the topic. I wasn't talking about a conspiracy, spiral, don't take it too literal when I say that doing this was "evil"; do you at least know how does the marketing work? doing this is pretty normal, not a "conspiracy".
Remember Wii Fit? well, fuck the consumers, Nintendo created Wii fit Plus! the same shit but with more activities for your sexy body! . The early consumer always gets affected due the lack of updates, and talking about updates... if they didn't want us to buy the handheld version, then why can't we get the ghost mode and the relics as DLC for some justice? It would be fair enough (ok ok, not for me, I'm a wii player... but at least foh' mah' raymanian people

)

Maybe there will be DLC, who knows. If there will be, then that's a very smart move on the developer's part, as it gives the console gamers even more reason to play through the game again and recommend it to friends and such.

As long as it's not expensive.
(btw, has the RO font file been constructed yet?)

Yeeaahh, right... lack of multiplayer does not mean "same amount of content as the console versions" at all.

No multiplayer it's epic fail - both platforms has great network features, and just ad-hoc!

Precisely my point.

There’s nothing wrong with enhanced re-releases. The early adopters who think the upgrade is worth it can buy them, those who think it’s unnecessary can stick to the previous edition, and all future gamers have the choice between the two. How you can equate this to ‘fuck the consumers’ is beyond me. The eternal quality of the game is all that matters.
Whenever we discuss this subject, I always find myself returning to the example of the Globox Village:

^ Take a good look at the results of the policies you are currently condemning. Do you really think it was wrong for the developers to add content to the Dreamcast version? How is adding content to the Vita version any different? In the long run these practices benefit all Rayman fans.

If you don’t like being an early consumer, your recourse is very simple: don’t be an early consumer. This is one of the reasons I sometimes wait several months or even years before buying games. It’s interesting to see that you’re now advocating DLC for the game, which is an idea you seemed to hate two months ago; you said it would be ‘unfair’ to Wii owners if the PS3/360 versions received any extra features. Have you changed your mind about that? Of course it would be great if they decided to add the new content to some of the previous releases of the game, but I’m not privy to the work required for that sort of thing and I’m certainly under no illusions that the developers owe me anything.

Great news!I'm very happy. :' D
Guys, I still haven't yet played Rayman Origins,it is because I have neither Ps3 nor Wii...

( although I have received the gift,as you know) LOL
So I'll wait for PC's version of the game. х)

Nate said on his twitter that it's DRM-free too, so HOPEFULLY there is a decent amount of satisfaction to be had. I'll probably grab it myself in case nobody else can do proper screenshots and stuff, after all emulating the wii version didn't do it any justice.

Just 30 bucks and Rayman 2 for pre-order! It's fantastic. Now Rayman will sell millons copies

Giving how much grief the Ubi shop gave to me while preordering the PS3 version I wouldn't touch that even with Rayman 2 for free; Amazon do their preorders way better.

That PC version is awesome news! I wonder if it will have the Ghost Mode and the other extras from the PS Vita version.

That also means that we'll get to see the "unported" version, since it was originally developed for and running on PC.
I am so going to hack this.

Well that was highly unexpected! If I didn't have a Wii right now I'd be jumping for joy

. I'm glad they listened to all the people that wanted this, and I'm also glad that publishers are starting to remember that PC's exist again
I wonder what the game plays like on a keyboard? I can't really imagine it without a joystick of some sort

...
EDIT: Ah what the hey...
