I have completed it a few times. Apparently there is a glitch in the copy-protection system that causes it to be impossible to get a good score in certain mini-games.

I have to say, I played RRR on xbox360 and it was fun for a while, but it's very easy to get bored (like I did, although I completed the game), so my rank for that game is meh/no.
And don't play RRR GBA, it's not worth it
