That's too bad, it was the one thing I never experienced when I played through Brain Games.
Guess I'll have to go through Rayman Junior then to see these cutscenes (I'm not one to just see it on YT and call it done)!

Oh wow, you played the game with no intro / ending cutscenes? You must have been pretty lost as to what exactly was going on then
They're a lot better than Rayman 1's!

Wait a minute, hang on. There were ENDING cutscenes too??? I remember finishing the game and just getting sent right back to the title screen

Ah yeah, you missed a lot then! The ending cutscene is actually good, way better than Rayman 1's. It really shows what happens when Rayman restores harmony!

Yup, all I got from when I started the game was to find the Book of Knowledge. Now I'm definitely certain that I HAVE to play Rayman Junior to get the full experience!
