i tryed a second time,i even used a acelerator for it and puted in the max 12
but it doesnt worked

You can try Rayman Gold, which has "a level building tool that is like Rayman Designer". I never played Rayman Designer, but the level editor from Rayman Gold is pretty fun.

also i am downloading rayman arena ... stops at 96.6 or so

They're the same thing, except different logos and names. Also, there are apparently some minor coding differences, but basically the same thing.

Does anyone of you know where I can find an ISO of it though ? Or is someone that has Rayman Designer willing to make an ISO of this wonderful game.

It's not that I don't want to pay for this game. It's just that I can't get it in any shops here as far as I'm aware, and I don't have a savings account, a credit card and Paypal so I can't get it from Ebay as well ( well, at least not at the moment, since I might get these things later ).

By the way, if I can't get it anywhere on the internet and should thus get it in a different way, is Rayman Designer distributed on a CD or on floppies?

It's on a CD. It even uses Redbook for the audio.

Rayman Forever has less music but it includes Rayman By His Fans, a large collection of fan-made levels from Ubi Online.

Here is an archive containing all the mobile phone games I could find. Rayman 3, Rayman Bowling, Rayman Golf, Rayman Kart and Rayman Raving Rabbids.

Several are still missing.

Like Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party and Rayman Garden (probabily the rarest). Good work Spiral.
