Re: Sevy's Rayman Fan Art
Nice stuff! And speaking of coloring, is that what the second version is for?
Re: Sevy's Rayman Fan Art
It is indeed! This was the line art stage. Colouring had already started when I uploaded this ^^Hunchman801 wrote: Thu Jun 24, 2021 12:57 pm Nice stuff! And speaking of coloring, is that what the second version is for?

The grass where Rayman is standing looks amazing, what program did you use to draw it?
Re: Sevy's Rayman Fan Art
Thanks. I use Clip Studio Paint to create my works.Elite Piranha wrote: Fri Jun 25, 2021 2:10 am The grass where Rayman is standing looks amazing, what program did you use to draw it?

Re: Sevy's Rayman Fan Art
Very nice, but it doesn't look like he's trying very hard. Not that it comes as a surprise: we all know Rayman is a lazy fella.

This is really cool!
Re: Sevy's Rayman Fan Art
A new speed drawing video is now available to view on my Youtube channel! See how I drew 'Run Rayman, run' as I condense 8 hours of work, from rough sketch to finished piece, into 12 minutes!

Pretty interesting how you kept modifying the posture all along! I guess this is one of the perks of digital tools.

Love it! I knew such creations took a lot of work, but even then, I'm impressed!
Re: Sevy's Rayman Fan Art
Leave. My. Friends. ALONE.
(Note: This is the original version of the drawing. I uploaded this exact image with different text regarding the abuse that was, and still is, inflicted on several Ubisoft employees. That version can be found on my Twitter account if you want to see the full story. Due to it being a sensitive topic, I decided against uploading it here.)
However I realised it was a long while since I actually drew anything intimidating or angry from Rayman so seeing as it worked in both regards I applied it to the two scenarios.

Re: Sevy's Rayman Fan Art
Very cute! And while the abuse in question in certainly not a fitting subject for an art thread, do not hesitate to create another one if you feel like bringing this to people's attention. I'm all the more interested that all I've ever read about this are vague, unsubstantiated claims from work unions, and as much as I want justice to be done for victims of abuse in the workplace and everywhere else, we can't be expected to buy into such accusations without actual details and proof of what happened. Same with those "managers accused of abusive behavior [who] remain in senior positions after the reorganization", it's important to draw a distinction between being accused of an offense and being convicted of it, otherwise what's the point of even having a criminal justice system?
But enough talk about this, should anyone want to enlighten me or discuss this in further details, please take this to a new thread and let's keep this one for artsy stuff.

A Joyful Rescue -R2 concept
I needed to do something to cheer me up a bit... some warm fuzzy vibes.
So I drew Rayman again, this time rescuing a baby Globox. The joyfulness here, really helped me.
