This kind of makes me thinking one harddrive for your operating system and another harddrive for storage.

The storage server does not need much bandwidth
The main Pirate-Community server is more powerful than the storage one, it has more bandwidth but less disk space: this is what the Pirate-Community forum, portal and websites need

Of course they do, but the Pirate-Community forums are very active and need far more bandwidth

Well, I guess you don't really have to know. Though I don't really see much from PC you can download right now. Unless there are things from the French websites that I don't know about.
