Since I want to draw Rayman things and I need the attention, I will be working on my own dream moveset for our limbless hero. And no, I'm not going to make it heavily Origins/Legends based. You assuming geriatric-dorks.

Was anyone aware of this? If that's true, that just upped Rayman's chance of getting in quite a bit.

I mean, aside from throwing his fist instead of a punch, what non-Legends thing is there to add? Even I won't pretend Rayman 2's light balls were a great idea.

Dora's final smash would undoubtedly be more interesting and unpredictable than Goku's.

Yeah, Origins/Legends pretty much covers the basic telescopic fist attack from R1 and R3, and even has the close range kick that R3 had.

And Rayman Legends has that blue fist that you can shoot.

Heh, I haven't played RM, but I do love its character themes. Particularly the ones for the Henchmen and Razor.

Oh really? Rayman M/Arena is totally worth playing, I can't hesitate enough for you to undoubtedly try it out, it's been a huge dream for RPC to be able to set up online games but alas it is not possible. But anyways, that's off topic.

Rayman M did have an awesome OST, the only one I didn't like was Razorwifes annoying theme, hehe.

I have to add, Rayman's theme sounds very similar to CatDog's theme song, instrument wise.

Razorbeard's is my favourite though, paired with Henchman 800's - then come virtually all the others in shared second, hah. I love playing all the characters in random order so to mix and mash all their themes in a playthrough.

The opera is funny for the first few minutes but gets really annoying if she stays in the lead, everyone else's theme is badass though.

Along with the moveset, I'll also be including a wish list of songs and trophies. I'll probably draw a stage too. So I'm asking the community what they'd like to see.

Lots of RO/RL music would go perfectly for a Smash stage, as well as make a great medley, but I'd also love to see something like a Hoodoo remix or an orchestrated version of The Precipice.

Imagine a stage moving between different locations from RO/RL. Dreamy stuff.

I know you're not fond of some of the OT areas, but do give some love to the Summit Beyond the Clouds, snow worlds are a bit of a commodity in the Rayman series. I think only the Summit and Mystical Pique are the only ones in the main series.

I might have given some harsh things to say about the older games, but never Rayman 3! D:

I think if Rayman where to have a stage, it should represent the series as a whole. So what I'm hoping is to have a transforming stage, but each transformation should have a location from all the games! I was thinking Band Land for Rayman 1, Jibberish Jungle for Rayman Origins, and Fiesta de los Muetros for Rayman Legends. I have not given any thought about Rayman 2 or 3 yet.

But knowing how Smash is, each third party has had only one stage with one theme. So yeah, I'm going to have to with an Origins/Legends themed stage.

You could try to place some emphasis on the Robo-Pirates and Hoodlums since their the real icons of those games: The pirate ship, a hooldum outpost from clearleaf forest, or the hoodlum headquarters itself.

So everyone now seems to be pretty convinced that there's going to be more than one character for the DLC. Maybe what was deemed impossible can become reality after all..
