I love cheese, it's a Christmas tradition for me to buy a cheese board to enjoy with some crackers. This year I've got gouda, brie, cheddar, wensleydale with cranberries, and the obligatory blue cheese that I'll give away to some relative at the first opportunity.

Mmmmm those all sound like good cheeses although I have never heard of Wensleydale. Time to do some cheesy research!
