< personally thinks that if a problem is caused by somebody, it's better to sort out the problem for the sake of who's causing it rather than to ignore the problem, only solving it for us and nobody else.

Well, those rules are taken from the rules for the phpbb developer forums, Fifo merely modified the same ruleset. With that in mind, < can understand why they'd have such rules in place, as they're a developer community, not a fan community. The means of communication would be expected to be more formal given what the forums are for.

That's precicely the thing, anyway; banning him over everything he does wrong won't stop him from doing those wrong things. If there is a problem that is effecting others, do you try to fix it or do you ignore it and see if it fixes itself?
