This is all I could think of when seeing that: I'm glad nobody seemed to notice his horrbly disfigured right arm first...

It seems he later ran out of it later since he got taller and older and got bad vision so he had to put green lenses

3D Sonic the Hedgehog is now out on the 3DS eShop, for anyone who is interested. I suggest checking it out, as a lot of effort was put into this re-release, and it has as much effort put into it as the mobile port.

Hm, the mobile port being the recent Taxman one? That was pretty well done indeed, if it can get to that standard, then I'm pretty impressed.

It doesn't have anything like playable Tails and Knuckles, but technically speaking, this version is really impressive, and does have it's own features. This interview tells us a lot about it's development (including how they basically made an imaginary console "Sega Gigadrive", to get it working):
I would take this with a grain of salt. The Sonic Boom cartoon seemed to be bogus, but we were all surprised.

I think we can give this the benefit of the doubt. Sonic Boom seemed to be bogus for a while but we were all surprised.
Was that comment you by any chance, SNU? :V
Anyway, I don't expect to hear anything related to this for a while. I don't know how related Sony Pictures are to the parts of Sony working on video games, but I can't imagine Nintendo being happy with this, with this Nintendo exclusive Sonic partnership being on. I'd imagine we won't hear anything until the next Sonic game comes out, and when Sonic Boom is already showing on TVs.
I hope it's based on the game's take on the characters, if it's real.

Holy shit, I didn't even read the comment section, and someone posted the same thing I said. Just a happy little coincidence I suppose.

Looking at the thumbnail, I think you know what's coming, if you have epilepsy, don't watch.

I want it to be movie telling origin story of Sonic. Doctor Ovi Kintobor should be there as well.

There are some things in some series I never want to know, Sonic's proper origins is one of them. Of course, I don't mind an origin story which details how he began his rivalry with Eggman, but I don't need a life story.
