Wow this was a great video! Watching you demonstrate this glitch has definitely given me more of an interest in playing Rayman Origins after completing it for the frst time years ago. So I think it may influence the discovery of other bugs. Also it seem some leftovers of the bug are still present in Rayman Legends, I don't know if the devlopers corrected it, or they modified something that broke it, but it is unusable whatever it is. I will give some details for Rayman Legends bellow.
Before it's time for the reveal of this bug I discovered more than a year ago on 2 January 2022
I call it The Bubble Bug, here a video of what I discovered so far, bellow I will share some more information.
What we can do includes flying almost everywhere, passing through walls and going out of bounds where the camera not lock that.
Set up is rather simple we need at least two characters, this may be the reason because it was not discovered sooner, it involve co-op.
With two players Player 2 is standing on Player 1 with legs arms maintained up and then press the bubblize button to autokill then player 1 deposit the bubble and can jump on it, on the right side. with this method we can set-up three bubbles that we can ride.
Another method with three players is to stack three character, with player that will ride the bubble on top, this as the advantage to directly ride the bubble, as with the first method if we didn't jump in the right place it may revive the bubble.
I recommend to bubblize Globox, because with other characters we are too close to the bubble and it will be repelled from the player causing it to constantly go backward, and going forward slower.
The bug may work on all console having a kill button, I tested this on PC and Wii (emulator)
It will not work on Moskito levels because the camera is locked to a part of the level until we ride Moskito.
We can pass through walls while punching, roll attack and even ground pound, underwater you don't have to attack to pass through walls
Some damaging obstacles will still cause damages, some will not
It is possible to go out of bound in some secret place, like hidden cages or skulls coin.

Rayman Legends have some traces of the bug (https://youtu.be/5CNJuiFMcRE), but we instantly fall if we try to ride the bubble. Even if it can work, it won't work in challenge as bubblized characters are not allowed to prevent continuous reviving of players.
Well, there was a lot to explore with this bug and maybe there are still some discoveries to be made with.
