I think I should be available from the 18th, which would give us about three weeks to prepare and host the game before the record starts (even though it's no big deal if we continue after the 7th). Have you got any ideas about the theme?

Also, we should create a general ranking for Mafia players: something like 2 points for winning and staying alive, 1 point for winning, -1 point for losing, and these points would be added to the player's total score after each game. There could also be a success rate. Any other suggestions?

How about bonus points for the best players (e.g. 3 points for the best player, 2 points for the second best and 1 for the third best).

Sounds good but not really balanced, we need to think about it.

Also, -2 points for being godkilled

I like that idea. Hosting could be rewarded too.
Will you use the results of the previous games ?

I sure will. So far, I can think of three indicators:
-Basic win/lose score
-Winning rate
-Performance score (something close to what Tobbe mentioned)

Or maybe the last one could be obtained from the first two plus some other factors...

I can co-host or host too, I'm available pretty much everyday now. Well, there probably will be some exceptions when I decide it's a good day to get wasted or something.

Well since I'm not going to be available before ten days, maybe you could start now, by yourself or with HC if he's already available. I could then host the next one.
