Ah, okay. Well I hope you watch the rest soon! I would love to know your thoughts on the entire series.
Will do.

Oh yea, the humor does get more intense. They did a whole episode where Marco gets a tentacle for an arm. You can imagine what kind of jokes they made up, haha.
good lord, I'm imagining it now! its grotesquely beautiful.

sorry about the double post but I really want to applaud Hirsch's team on the latst two Gravity Falls episodes. Dungeons, Dungeons, and more Dungeons is maybe my new favorite episode of the series, it just hit home in all sorts of ways. Also the end of the following Wander Over Yonder snuck in a star wars joke, well played.

Congrats, 'morica, I have to wait like 4 months to see A Tale Of Two Stans. Stupid dubbing.
I'll try to watch it online, because, arr, everybody can be a pirate.

I started watching Steven Universe 2 days ago and I must say I really like this show!
I'm currently halfway season 1 and the songs now and then are just so sweet!

I know Homestar Runner isn't a show on TV, but that kind of improves it more on my point of view. I have to really make a review about it.

About a few days ago, before RD, some members started referencing HSR in the Word to Word game topic. I started researching and, directly, I fell in love with it.
Well, not THAT much but really, Homestar Runner is a must-at-least-watch-a-clip-of-it.

The characters are really likeable (Strong Bad can be an exception but eh) The voice acting is pretty nice too, however you might not have a good time watching it on YouTube due to other channels directly recording the Flash cartoon and the voice quality gets shet, and the official YouTube channel of Homestar Runner doesn't have all the sbemails (Strong Bad replies to actual Fan Email!) and toons the original page has. But really, the show is really enjoyable and it doesn't relay on other memes, the inside jokes are quick to get (depends though).

Homestar Runner on 2015 would probably feel like a show that overuses memes and downfall of quality. But it didn't. Comparing 2002-2005-whateverage to 2014-2015, the sense of humor, the script, the sbemails are still there. Not as active, but their quality is still awesome.

Brad: Matt (one of the brothers Chap that obviously made Homestar Runner) worked on Gravity Falls

I already knew that, Hooz. I know all about Gravity Fall's production team and thus you are obsolete. Beep boop.

I just watched 8 episodes of Steven Universe today. Can't say I'm enjoying it that much, I'll try and gather up the interest to finish Season 1 though. Just to give it a fair chance. I ain't no misogy-anus.

I've heard it needs a few episodes to get going, I guess I'll finally try the show sooner or later.

But first, I think I'll give Rick & Morty a shot. I barely know anything about it but from the couple segments I've seen it's something I'll dig.

Dude, Rick and Morty is an amazing show! Literally my second favorite TV show right now. I highly recommend it.

As for SU, how long is it until those three villains show up? That's about the only part of the show I'm vastly interested to get to.

I'd say the other gem came around the middle of season 1. That's also the point where my appreciation for SU evolved from “cute and fun show” to “wow, this is epic”. Especially because all the previous episodes built up what was coming next.

By the way, I'm finally beginning season 2 ! :P Yeah, I've finished Adventure Time's season 5, and Regular Show's season 3, and I want to catch up on other series before attacking the Terrible Season 6 (and the gigantic bunch of episodes I have to watch for RS). So this August will be full Steven Universe and Wonder Over Yonder ! :D
And I forgot how much SU could be funny sometimes. While being a very uplifting show, it has also a lot of moments of tension or sadness… So it strikes amazingly right when a character make a silly comment just after those! And it never break the mood, somehow. The show admits that life can be pretty difficult, but it still continues, so let's enjoy it while we can.
Yeah it's absolutely cheesy, but I love that kind of spirit this show has!

two villians. lapis isn't really a villain she's just misunderstood and sad ; 0 ;

to answer your q though they appear at the end of season 1! don't feel like you have to watch like,,,all the episodes though. bc i haven't. ones i would definitely give a miss would be frybo and cat fingers because they're horrifying and contribute basically nothing to the plot > o > episodes like lars and the coolkids and joking victim also don't contribute much to the plot but i like them anyway (also island adventure? prolly? idr if that has any plot value apart from launching the ss larsadie)

ones i would definitely watch would be ones like laser light cannon, secret team, the mirror/ocean gem duo, uhhhh prolly the one w centipeetle but i haven't watched that yet either :P garnet's universe isn't very plot driven but it IS very sweet, same goes for beach city horror club

pm me and i can give you a full episode rundown based on importance if you want the Rapid Steven Universe Experience ouo/~*~

I appreciate the help, but I will be giving SU a fair chance as I stated before. So I will be watching all the episodes. It will be long and grueling, but I must do it if I wanted to be accepted. Now, I must return to such activity.

(Also, tonight's Rick and Morty was another good episode! Had some great laughs and an interesting plot to go along with it.)

Have you by chance been finding these episodes via mobile? cause I've tried finding episodes of S.U. and over the garden wall via ipod but none of the sites seem to support ios 6

Yes, I've been viewing SU on mobile. Specifically, I'm using ios 8 point something, so it maybe that your software is too old? I dunno.

Man, and yesterday's Wander Over Yonder was so great! In fact, WOY S2 has been really good so far! All the episodes are fantastic and have been so enjoyable that I have to rewatch the episode after my first view.

Maybe, it's certainly a pain, and I can't afford the DVDs any time soon.

I remember the first episode of season 2 being better than what I've seen of season 1. I'll be sure to check out the latest episode the next time I go to my Dad's place.
