Ahah, I never realised that. Axel and Umber are the serious ones then, aye? Albeit Axel is a bit more violent or agressive.

At least in the PS1 version, Axel is a mix of seriousness and some agression. But Shrooblord has got a point about both Foutch and Grolem 13.

I'm not sure what Umber would be like. Passive? Righteous?
Axel hasn't shown much of himself to prove his personality (at least not to me), but Foutch, the way he comes up at Ray and goes nuts when he's almost beaten, that's... well, it's anger, but it's also a lot of crazy. Plus, his face. I mean, come on.

Axel shares the face, but seems to be much more collected. His dialogue suggests he's pretty much a good guy, and sticks to doing his job. I say he's a really serious person who doesn't take his tasks lightly. Umber is possibly just helpful, though that might have to do with Ly contacting him beforehand. Or he's just there to award the courageous warrior who passes all the tests of the Sanctuary of Stone and Fire with a way to the Second Mask. Foutch, on the other hand, may be completely insane, but that's not for sure. Perhaps he's just mad that Rayman "stole" the other masks, and killed his "brother" or at least co-worker. There's nothing really suggesting that he's crazy, other than Rayman's oversimplification after a short conversation with him. Perhaps he just wasn't willing to listen to any explanation and didn't want to be fooled into giving away the mask like Umber (in Foutch's thoughts, that is! It's not actually true). I say he's just misinformed instead of axe-crazy. While Grolem 13 is a bit hard to describe. If he appeared on the PS1 version somehow, it would help a lot since he would have dialogue accompanying him. He may be a silly ass with his tongue sticking out and his mildly amusing animation after he loses the fight, but otherwise he may just be like Axel.

The Tree is correct, but I fear it isn't the same for the mushroom.
