And just like that, I'm done with Steven Universe. It's too boring. I really don't care for any of the characters, I don't care for its story, I have not laughed once at any jokes they made, and overall I'm not interested in continuing this show. If a cartoon can't hook me in by its first episode, then it has already flopped.

Sorry, but I think I'll be sticking with Gravity Falls, Wander Over Yonder, Rick & Morty, and Star VS the Forces of Evil. This show blows.

I checked the Playstation Network and they have a special offer on OTGW being 2.99 for 2 HD episodes, so I'll probably continue watching when I've got enough cash handy. SU was there also, but for that long a series I refuse to pay $2/3 per episode, when I should have the option to just buy an entire season.

That's disapointing to hear given our simalour intrest in cartoons. if I ever find a good way to watch the series I'll try it out, but I don't think at this point I'm going to go out of my way to try to watch it with the options I have now.

S2 of Wander over Yonder is indeed excellent! :D While it's still not a show I would qualify of "indispensable", the animation and the humor of the last episodes were amazing!

Okay but the latest episode of Wander Over Yonder was actually quite thought provoking. Both Wander and Dr. Screwball Jones want to spread happiness all across the galaxy, but what makes Wander different from the villain is that he isn't forcing happiness, fun and rainbows down anyone's throat. Wander is not just any wacky cartoon, he's also pretty damn wise ("Folks should be free to find their happiness. You can't force 'em to have fun."). This whole song in the episode is insanely catchy.

Charming animation, lovable and enjoyable characters, entertaining plots with hilarious jokes and gags, the occasional catchy song, and it has one of the best visuals from any modern cartoon I've seen. I can say that Wander Over Yonder is one of the best cartoons out right now.

After so many recommendations in these last months I think I'll stop being lazy and give a shot in Steven Universe and watch it on my train travels to school.

One of us cartoon nerds needs to keep the thread alive. All those doodles of the Illuminati dorito on your notebooks are watching.

Also, I watched all episodes of Rick & Morty. Adult western animation tends to rely too much on spitting out as much crude humor as possible, but this show really is a much smarter kind of a dark comedy that I can actually enjoy. Not to mention the really neat-looking alien worlds!

I was not expecting the ending of The Wanders to be hitting on the feels, that's for sure.

The newest Wander Over Yonder was again, such a good episode. The Wanders was a very touching episode, especially the ending. That was such a sweet moment. And "The Axe" was another great Commander Peepers episode. I loved everything about it!

On the subject of "Rick & Morty", the second season has proven to be better than the first. It's twisted humor always gets a laugh outta me.

Can't wait for the next episode of Gravity Falls! Hopefully it's better than the last two episodes. They were meh.

"The helper seeks to help because he knows what it is to be helpless."

SUPER TINY WANDER OH MY GOD SMOL BBY *CLUTCHES CHEST*. It's funny how pretty much every cartoon eventually has the "character gets cloned" episode at some point, but I'm such a sucker for stories that acknowledge character traits considered flawed, but know how important they still are. Also, a kid came up with the idea for this episode. How adorable is that tho.

I'm gonna start watching Rick & Morty tonight. I'm really liking the couple scenes I've seen so far, I'm glad the concept for the show didn't fall into the easy direction where it becomes one of those semi-Family Guy type shows.

After those last two duds, I'm not really. But at least Bill Cipher may change that. I love that crazy triangle.

I thought the DnD episode was one of the best episodes of the season, so I don't know what you're talkin about.

Granted, it had showed us a look of Ford's character, but otherwise Dungeons, Dungeons, and more Dungeons was a snorefest. It was so boring I didn't even notice Weird All voicing the villain. Such a shame seeing how great his performance was in WOY.

And the Mayor episode was such a dick slap in the face.I really wanted to see Stan become mayor, but nope. We have to stick to the status quo. Seriously, if Stan would have became mayor it would have been such a step up for his character and maybe would have opened some new potential ideas for stories.

But now seeing as The Last Mabelcorn has aired, I can say that this episode has surpassed the last two episodes. The jokes were great, the plot with Dipper and Ford have us major insight of what happened in the past, and not to mention the intense that's waiting for us in later in the season!

I have to agree with Brad on the Mayor episode. The animation on Gideon where he "spells" the Possesion thingy on Bud looked "fan-made" with the tedius fluid animation. Fluid animation on GF doesn't work at all since the animation is sticked to the show so much, what I'm trying to say is that "60 FPS" on GF doesn't look that of a "good".
