Bald Rayman could just randomly fly, as if he had invisible helicopter hair. It would make about as much sense as anything else in these games.

Don’t worry, no one is denying that Rayman had hair during the events of Rayman 1. However, he must have been bald during the early days when he was created, defeated Jano and hooked up with what’s-her-name.
