Just kidding, I know what you're all talking about.
Was about to make a very grotesque sexual joke, but some mystical force stopped me.
What a pity that Mystical Force stopped you - nothing completes a threat quite like a grotesque sexual joke. :P

Personally, I wouldn't like Rayman to go down the CoD route of "annual releases". I do love Rayman games and 2D platforming is at least sticking to its roots but there is only so much of it they can do without it becoming totally "old hat". It would be lovely to see a proper story line/arc being created and maybe a 3D game with 2D elements in it?

There's a tiny part of me that would really love to see Rayman 2 getting updated graphics and being rebooted to start off a story arc... but that is very much wishful thinking on my part as I have very happy memories of playing Rayman 2, I presume the magic would leave it somewhat if they rebooted it and decided to "add" a lot of nonsense in which is usually what they do with reboots.

I think Origins and Legends are fantastic games, having completed Origins and have played maybe about 40% of Legends, I am loving them they're great fun games but I do feel they get a little repetitive and the lack of story, whilst nice for the imagination also is a bit of a downfall for it.

Does it mean I'm the only one who had pre-ordered the Xbax version that came with Splinter Ray?
Nope, I pre-ordered it too. I think the codes are unique though, and they'll only work on the platforms they're for.
Just by curiosity, could you both share the last three digits of your codes? Just to ensure if they are unique or equal.

I got it, after a lot of strife, the effect is what really kills this level, it's really nauseating, and I got a genuine headache from playing it, so much so, that I actually ragequit and went back to it later.

I warned. My advice is to play the normal level and memorizing the path aswell the movements you need to do when synced with the music. Only like this I could pass the 8-bit version.

8-bit versions of levels is something I do not want to revisit playing any time soon.

I had no problem with them... I mean, I watched all of the music levels on youtube on a daily basis so I memorized the patterns, and I'm already a master of Rhythm Heaven Fever so I knew when to push the buttons :P

Yeah, I thought that, too. You just have to memorize the buttons and especially press the jump button hard that it works. Another part is the Dragon Slayer level where you have to jump over the dragons. For some reason it's sometimes very hard to get on that third dragon.

Grannies World Tour 8-Bit is very easy, the hardest one is definitely Orchestral Chaos 8-Bit.

Well, sometimes it's good to play an impossible seeming level the other day. For me that's sometimes a real revelation. Wish you success!

But like it was said before, the high difficulty is merely a visual illusion, because the obstacles and the timings are exactly the same as in the original songs. It is all a matter of memory. I think it was a lazy attempt to add harder levels. I wouldn't recommend Rayman Legends to someone who has got seizures by the way.

They do looks smaller, and those blue snake things with pincer mouth looks gigantic now, i almost screamed when I saw them. And the pink ones looks smaller in length at some parts.
Yeah. Some of the updated sprites in Back To Origins look good, others look a little... off.

I quite liked that the Darktoons look smaller now, it's as if they tried to make them look more like Rayman 1's Antitoons.

Orchestral Chaos 8-Bit was a pain in the ass, and as Spiral pointed out I find it very cheap to increase the difficulty with headache-inducing filters. I loved the music levels but this is quite disappointing.

They also have different voices and can kill you easier.

Congratulations! Diamonds have been terribly difficult for me to get, I only get golds.

I really would have prefered LDP to have really hardcore levels of the LOTLD than what it actually brought.

I try to get at least gold for every challenge, but sometimes I go for diamond. Turns out I'm quite good at the Dojo challenges especially (but nowhere near as good as Rayrobi).

Congrats! You're probably ranked like 3rd of 4th now for the Lums, there really aren't a lot of people who have that much on Xbox.
And you're second in the cups leaderboard as well, that's pretty incredible. :o
