1: If you replay any previously completed level before completing the whole game, the game makes that replayed level account for finishing the last level you had reached. For example, if you played up to The Longest Shortcut, and decide to replay Clearleaf Forest and finish it, the game thinks it completed the Longest Shortcut too! This will likely cause the bug of the last level being unreachable, as the game 'thinks' it's not really there or something like that.

2: If you complete the game in an uninterupted run everything goes fine... Until you start replaying levels. If you replay some levels and especially Hoodlum Headquarters, it'll literally copy the score of your replayed level to the last level's score 'The Tower of The Leptys'. My score in ToTL was higher than in Hoodlum Headquarters, which lowered my total score! So even if you play the whole game uninterupted, a savefile backup is advisable if you decide to replay levels to increase your score.

Lastly, this port has some minor bugs with distorted graphics. Examples: A black sky in 'Clear' leaf Forest, funky colored water, a pink contrast in Hoodlum Headquarters, several texture problems with the rat creatures in Razoff's mansion and the pirate's secret in Hoodlum Headquarters. But overall, it's a fairly good port. I've seen Ubisoft make worse ports of Rayman games (*cough* Rayman DS *cough*).
