I've used to listen to this sometimes but I couldn't remember the name of the song anymore. Thanks for posting it.

I was remembering an IKEA advert from earlier in the year, and it had a rather nice soundtrack. I have located it:

this is very fascinating - it's an album divided into four separate discs so you can take off or add certain instruments. the songs have also been structured so the discs can be played at different times and match up, creating alternate combinations of sound, making it possible to piece together your own songs.

it seems a little difficult to get a good mix going but the concept is very ambitious. also 3:25 coolus
