There's the Grolgoth in the PS1 version, he shoots the John Lennon missiles, and in PS2 that's the red-marked Henchman 800.

I think that ninja henchman (Ninjaws?) shoots missles too if I am not wrong.

Not sure about PS1, but in PS2 I think there's only two Ninja henchmen in the whole game, and they guard the generators. They're invincible and just shoot regular pirate bullets, I think.
