A little tip: you may want to over-exaggerate the hand motion with the sticks. Show the hand hitting the snare drum too, even if in real life, you don't play like that. Cartoons are all about exaggeration.

I'm unable to watch that, since my Flash driver seems to want to crash over and over, every time I load it. Even after reinstalling it, I still get the same issue. The problem for some reason extends to my laptop as well, which makes virtually no sense.
