What characters you think that should return?

For me: Uglette,Sssam,Baby Globoxes,Globox,Rayman,Ly,Shell,Mr Dark (REAL one),Razorbeard,Grand Minimus,maybe Teensie doctors

CARMEN THE WHALE! DEFINITELY!!!

After Rayman and Globox, naturally the Baby Globoxes, Sssam, Ly, The "real" Polokus, André, Grand Minimus.

Am I the only one who would love to see a return of Razorbeard?

Rayman 2 is still the best game for me. I absolutely love Razorbeard and the robo-porates, they're the best characters of the whole Rayman franchise. Along with Mister Dark maybe. I definitely want a Rayman 2.2.

Mr. Dark comes in second as a badass villain. It was disappointing just watching a brief cameo of him in RO and his Final Showdown theme in the Collector's Edition Sountrack (With scrapped songs in the final version of the game).

His final showdown theme? Can I hear that somewhere?

The Final Showdown is more likely to have been composed for a final battle with the Magician.

Am i the only one who wants Carmen back? I LOVE THAT WHALE! In the new Rayman, i want to ride her instead of following her.

By the way can someone reply on my topic? I would like to read your opinion about the Bitter Bunnies (NOT Raving Rabbids)

I just hope Rayman 5 has copious amounts of Murfy.

I'd like to see the return of Tarayzan, Joe, the Musician and the REAL Magician.
But I think Ubisoft is trying to pretend they never knew those characters existed...

So now we're saying that The Bubble Dreamer isn't the "real" Polokus, and that The Magician isn't the "real" Magician?

What I'd like to see in the next Rayman game is:
The creative world designs from Rayman 1 and the Rayman 4 concept art.
The "Silly but serious" tone of story from Rayman 2.
The combat and platforming from Rayman 3.
And the music from Rayman Origins.

That would be my preferred Rayman game.

Hey guys, I'm gonna try be more active here from now on, so anyway, any new news?

As for characters I'd like to see return...Ly, Mr. Dark, Joe, Tarayzan, The Musician, Murfy, The Magician, Polokus, Jano, Globox, Sssam (creepy-ass water-snake ftw!), The Teensies, Electoons, Winged/living Lums, Tings (who doesn't love hearing, ping ping ping repeatedly?)

On a side-note, I was rummaging through my old PS1 games when I came across a copy of Rayman 1. I had no idea I had it. I put it in my PS3 and thank the heavens it works! The soundtrack cuts off, gets stuck and starts suddenly at points, but who cares the game works!

I wonder what Tarayzan, Joe, the Musician and the R1 Magician would look like/be redesigned to look like if they were brought back in a new game.

Probably Tarteensie, Jeensie and Musiglute. They really don't seem to be liking the idea that Rayman might have a species over at UbiSoft.

Gah, I'd rather Ubisoft just kept those characters to the first game (and kept their dignity) than change their species. >_<

Sadly some people are unable to accept differing interpretations of the same character, and would prefer to explain differences away with ridiculous duplicates.

Polokus = Bubble Dreamer
The Magician = The Magician

Deal with it people. I preferred the old designs too, but suggesting them to be different characters is insane.
