Hm, there's no indication that it wasn't allowed, and given that other competitors have shown no issue with Electoon's submission, I don't see any need for action.
However, if it is as dubious as you say, then perhaps I'll give the front post some rewording.

Kind of on topic: Usually I find British phrasing to make more sense, but 'saucepan'? I never understood that one. As far as I can recall, I don't often fill up my twelve-inch frying pans with sauce.
