I'm pretty fond of the recurring leitmotif for Planet Robobot, they even had a song for it:

Another recurring theme in the series. Despite the fact that it usually plays in places like item or save rooms, it still feels very unsettling.

A lot of the microphone technology in use today was already perfected back in the 60's (take the Shure SM57 and SM58 for example, the most popular dynamic mics to this day), and given that the Beatles always had great/innovative engineers, it's a given the recordings would be stellar.

I'm currently listening to the new Gorillaz album on Deezer. I'm surprised to see that it's not on Youtube. Vevo would have made a lot of cash on this one.

By far my favorite classical piece, the ending especially
