Well, with photoshop, you go to teh animation pane, select the frames you want, and press teh tween button.

In fact it's nothing like it. ^ is told < uses a program that connects separate images together, so each individual image has to be saved then transferred

I inform ^ taht nearly everything can be downloaded illegally. Ask Drol, he'll probably know where you can get it.
