Ah there we go, now I understand clearly what you meant to ask. And yes, I do believe such questions were put in the interview. All we have to do is await the day it gets published. Be patient, though. We've been waiting for a long time already and we might have to wait longer. All in due time.

Quick question, in The Reveal, there are 2 lums you can collect, but since there is no total count screen at the level's end, do they still get added?

I didn't know that. I suppose no, because there's no lums or any other information shown about that level in the map screen. Maybe the lums aren't even saved at all for no reason.

I figured, since the only way to get them is to attack the 2 robots before Mecha Daisy destroys them.

It doesn't appear that they are intended to be attacked. The robots are programmed to give lums when they're killed, so that's probably why.

I figured that trick also. I just kicked them

I've just completed the land of the livid deads, and twice in a row lol. first time alone, 2nd time with a friend. I'm not sure if both players are supposed to make it to the end alive? since the timing has to be near impeccable, you are almost sure to kill your friend as soon as you launch an attack

That's funny because I played LotLD on my own first time, and then with a friend on the second go. I think that at some points the game would phase our attacks through each other so they wouldn't hurt us, which I think is a very good idea.I can't imagine how hard it would be to complete LotLD in 4 player co-op.

I borrowed a Vita and Origins from a friend and beat it. All I have to say is that it is the best version available. The zooming feature is really nice, and it almost gives you a Rayman 1'ish feeling when zoomed in to the right level. The touch screen feels natural, and I automatically default to using the D-pad (since I don't like where the stick is placed). The Relics were a great extra, and made the game feel larger than the others. Along with all that, the extremely high resolution provides no loss in detail, as opposed to the cruddy 3DS version.
The only problem is that it does have music glitches once in a while (a piece may forget to loop or start late). It's not that big of a deal, but it is somewhat noticeable.

[[WARNING]] Post may contain spoilers!
I was wondering if anyone had this problem too. At the end of the Land of the Livid Dead, near the fight with Big Mama, the music doesn't play if you don't land on her in a specific way when playing two-player co-op on the Xbox360 version. If I land on her first (player one), the music doesn't play. If player two lands first, it does. I find this a very perculiar glitch and was just wondering if anyone else experienced it.

I also noticed that the music wouldn't start sometimes

maybe if you are perfectly synchronized? it was the 1st time my friend played this game lol. surprinsingly he figured most of the special moves on his own, but lacked a bit of precision.
being 2 makes big mama easier on the other hand.

I played Land of the Livid Dead on my own all 5 times. The 1st time took me an hour to get through!

Has anyone actually purchased and played through the the 3DS version of Rayman Origins? If so than what's it like playing through the Land Of The Livid Dead on it. I just pre-ordered a copy on amazon, I should get it sometime in November. I read that apparently the music doesn't loop as much as it did in the demo. And to think the looked like a promising port until we got the demo. What about Ubisoft Shanghi or Montriel they've made decent ports I wish they woud have employed them to devolop the game. Also since there's no Teensies, no Teensie skins so what is the layout of skins in The Snoring Tree now?

Also almost if not every time when I play The Land Of The Livid Dead on the Wii version in the section where you have to run on the Snake Of The Livid Dead when you die once and it brings you back one slight push on the analog makes you die instantly and it does this once or twice before letting me play the level again.

Happens here as well.
So it's not just me, or just the PS3 version.

For me it happens on neither the X360, Wii or PC versions.

Has anyone thought about what Rayman Origins would be like in 8-bit. It would be quite unique and an interesting project for someone to do, especially in Gamemaker. Cool, I've finally ranked up from Electoon to Baby Globox!

You can view the List of Ranks to see your next rank when you get 200 Tings

It's at the Members Forum.

It was my friend's second time playing RO, the first time we played 2 or 3 chest chases. I'm surprised how quickly we actually got through the Livid Dead considering it is harder with two players.

I wonder if it is even possible to beat the Land of the Livid Dead with 4 people.

That's great to listen! I never had the chance to try out the Vita version but I already believed it was the best one out because of the relics.
Does anybody played the full version of the 3DS? I read in the back part of the box a few days ago in a shop that it contains achievements.

It is, but it's very very difficult because all the things that retract and spawn because of the first player crossing that point of the screen that activates it, makes it hard for the people who trail at the back to keep up. Then if they die, they clog up the screen with their balloon-form. It's already quite hard to time it right with two people sometimes, but four is even worse, but it's a LOT of fun too.
