< got her online portfolio working and is going to send a bunch of internship applications again. <'s teacher says there's a huge demand for 3D modelers right now where < lives and that <'s work samples are very likely to impress. < really has her hopes up!

Originally it was a school project.

< is studying industrial design engineering. < had to read an assignment and the corresponding literature by tomorrow. If only < had checked how much literature < had to read when < got the assignment this Monday...

Holy moly, in the deep end already? Wow. < knows <'s got a research assignment on networks when < gets back, but that won't be due in until December.

Well it's not as much a research assignment, but the teacher wanted < to read ALL the literature concerning the assignment, which will in fact not be due till December, before starting on it tomorrow. Anyway, in a way <'s glad it happened now and it is a valid learning point for <: Check how much literature you have to read before deciding to day it just one day in advance...

Heh, yeah. Last minute isn't going to do wonders to your health. <'s seen that happen to some folks with assignments, it's not a nice situation to be in.

< is feeling sleepy, < hasn't finished Star Wars yet because <'s mother wanted to sleep.
