Can you make it so I can run everything on Windows 3.1? I'm tired of windows 10 and 11's stupid nonsense.

Hey, since we're talking about Windows, PluMGMK number 4, can you throw my Windows 10 laptop at the racer behind me? The red capped guy keeps trying to throw green shells at me. I have every intention of staying a natural winner.

I probably have quite a few to give you, except.
1. Can't promise you can actually build a working PC out of them.
2. Shipping is... difficult at the moment.
