What if you were in court deciding if he was to be executed? And you were the one to decide "Yes" or "No"?

I'm not sure. I honestly couldn't be put on the spot like that.
His actions deserve the death penalty, but I'm not sure if I could be the one responsible.

I've never heard of him in my life...so no. And besides, I disagree with killing.

Wouldn't that be more evil in a way? I mean, if you just assasinated him, it would be over fast. But if he was trapped in a collapsing cave and you just stood there and watch him begging you to help him out, and die slowly by being crushed, then wouldn't you feel worse?

I'm against death penalty, so my choice would be life imprisonment I guess. I doubt he would survive to his fellow prisoners though
