What's the best resolution we should have for Wii screenshots?

Because I can just about play them in Dolphin now, albeit with my tablet and DS3tool instead of a proper wiimote.

What are you screening?

The Wii itself works in 640x480 mode with optional stretching for 16:9 and PAL users. However in at least some games the texture quality is great enough to justify 1320x720.

I've tried going in HD and all the Rabbids games looked shit with it in openGL. I could try DX11 I guess.

And 640x480?

A lot better in 640x480 and I think I might stick to it. I don't know how NEOGAF does it.

They use better games and have fun with settings I suppose.

I think I've figured it out by now as I've putten up on the wiki, now for a way to get decent screens of the cut scenes as they screw up big time in my preferred settings.

This is all going to be pretty gradual as some of the games get horribly laggy, especially Rabbids Go Home.

Definitely 640×480, unless there is a significant reason to use 720p (see Stan's post).

...but what the hell is with RayWiki? It wrote this at almost all of the images at the hungarian wiki, but i have also seen some on the french. So what the hell is going on?
