Yeah, I'd still visit it. There are quite a few forums I attend to. RZ and here are the most common though, now PC, because RZ is down.

You should always go to PC, also when RZ is up again.

pc is better, though.

I won't leave PC, even when RZ comes back. PC is too cool to leave. But I can like 2 forums, ya know.

Difficult desicion isn't it? I now wish I had been on RZ on Tuesday, the day it died. I never got to see it that day.

How do you know that? And if you're thinking of only 1 php per email, you're wrong. Ubi have lots of different emails.
