The Leptys Scepter Quest

I remember when this thread was active. It's still live and kicking, so lets bring it back why don't we? ;D

Beebo carefully places explosives over the cave's entrance and waits. When he sees Master emerging, he leaps down and snatches the Scepter. He pushes Master back into the cave and detonates the explosives, trapping him with a now seething Shroobie. It seems he's not too happy about Master stealing the Scepter from him. Beebo burrows into the ground and tunnels away, giddy at how easy it was to obtain the Scepter.

Unfortunately for Beebo, Master planted a tracking device on the Sceptre. Using his vortex manipulator, he escapes the cave. Using a bunch of complicated calculations, he finds the most likely place Beebo will emerge, and teleports there. Beebo does indeed emerge, and the sceptre is snatched quickly and efficiently. Finally, Master teleports away, leaving a Nitro crate behind for retribution.

Beebo attempts to avoid the Nitro crate and failing to do so is launched into the air by the explosion. When he lands on the ground, he notices something a bit off with the empty space near where Master disappeared. "Aha!" He cries out, realising that Master has left behind Spatial Residue, a gas-like substance that appears at the location teleported from and the location teleported to. Scanning this gas, Beebo finds that Master has teleported far away to Picture City. Re-taking his bird form, (I was reading some of my earlier posts and remembered I gave my character this power xD) Beebo takes flight and sets a course for Picture City...

Sadly for Beebo, by the time he arrives there, Master had bought a spaceship, and was now on his way to a special meeting with the Grox, the cybernetic empire situated at the core of the galaxy. The sceptre in hand, he knows the Grox will be most accommodating indeed...

As soon as Master arrived on the meeting. OCG appeared out of nowhere, activated shield around him so that he cannot be harmed for a short peroid of time, threw a smoke bomb, got the scepter and simply wanished.

Also, a question about this forum game. Aren't members supposed to wait after posting once?

Members must wait for 3 turns (having a difference of 3 posts since the last one he/she did) before they can try to get possession of the Leptys Scepter again.

Hmm, a fair point, though I fear that with the short numbers we have at the moment, such a rule could pull this thread back into obscurity.

However, the Grox were not enough to catch Haruka, who appeared from nowhere, broke the glass where Master was and steals the Scepter. In a matter of minutes, she reaches the Iron Mountains.

Master was now on his way to a special meeting with the Grox

FORR-TZEK NINE-NINE-FOUURCEE

Shrooblord is a stowaway on Master's ship, looks through the window as he sees Haruka leave and uses his pan-galactic interdimensional parachute to glide down and land in the Blue Mountains. He meets up with Mr. Stone, who agrees to surprise Haruka while Shrooblord steals the Scepter, in exchange for delicious space pebbles from Ontario V.

emshomar witnessed the whole situation as he passed from high above with his Concorde. So emshomar decided to steal the Scepter and gift it to a certain person that would be very happy about it. emshomar accelerated to hypersonic speed and prepared for a kamikaze attack to vaporise Mr. Stone. emshomar activated the autopilot that would lead the plane directly to Mr. Stone and jumped out the plane. Seconds later, emshomar sees a giant explosion in the distance, and emshomar is sure no one would have survived this giant impact.
Now emshomar, is heading to Shrooblord and take the scepter with less problems. emshomar finds Shrooblord running away with the Scepter and so emshomar jumps out from nothing infront of him, asks about Rayman Compilation and draws attention that if something was behind Shroob. Shroob turns around leaving the Scepter unattended. While that moment, emshomar grabs the scepter runs as fast as he can to the next cliff, calls a fighter jet and jumps. The fighter jet picks us emshomar with the scepter and so emshomar accelerate to hyper sonic speed and heads back to Germany.

Meeting Rayman just on his way through the Blue Mountains, Shrooblord prematurely teaches him the Teensie Dance of the Doors, opening a Spiral Door right under his feet. He appears just in front of emshomar's jet as it is about to warp to hypersonic speed and he nicks the Scepter as the craft boosts off to a far away land. He proceeds to fall through the air at increasing speeds...

[Bradandez]

With his high tech spygear, Bradandez locates the Scepter and flees. Bradandez teleported to the Whimsical Protection Organization and goes way deep down to the ultra, super secured room with top notch security weapons such as; lasers, sharks, laser sharks.

[Master]

Sadly, said supersafe room was manufactured by Master Enterprises, which had a super secret failsafe. The sceptre is automatically teleported away from your grasp, and into Master's, who now chuckles.

[Bradandez]

Bradandez may have been deceived but he is not a fool. As Master teleports away, Bradandez carefully picks the other teleporter and places it on the edge of a cliff. Once Master appears, Bradandez quickly swipes the Scepter and pushes Master down into the Sea below, probably landing safe. Probably.

Bradandez flees away to the Ancient Temples of Halooloo PaNuuNuu.

[OCG]

OCG was waiting at Ancient Temples of Halooloo PaNuuNuu. He used a high tech device to hypnotize natives that lived there.
Soon after, they begin chasing Brad with native weapons and screaming in their language. While running away, Brad dropped scepter and OCG picked it up laughing while getting ready to leave Ancient Temples of Halooloo PaNuuNuu.

[Shrooblord]

Shrooblord falls out of the air, right in front of OldClassicGamer. With the impact, he ruins the floor and awakes the angry Nettle colonies that resided below! In terror, Shrooblord flees to hide behind a wall while Nettles pummel down on OldClassicGamer. As he looks back to see if he's alright, he sees a twinkling blink in the sunlight. The scepter has somehow made its way skyward and falls right into Shrooblord's hands. His greed is too compelling and he leaves OldClassicGamer be with the Nettles as he darts into the jungle.

[Bradandez]

Right at that moment, Bradandez appears and burns down the jungle with a mighty flamethrower. Shrooblord is startled and runs away from the flames, but happens to trip on a root and fall into a ravine. Bradandez quickly grabs a hold of the Scepter and saving Shroob from a nasty fall. Bradandez holds onto the Scepter and pushes Shroob the ravine anyways.

Bradandez burns the rest of the jungle and heads towards the canyon.

[Master]

Unfortunately for Brad, Master was busy terraforming the canyon, and immediately used his tractor beam to steal the sceptre once it was within range. Master then decided to activate his hyperdrive and warp away.

[Shrooblord]

(What is with all the hyperdrives?)

Shrooblord hop-skips into his escape-pod he... er... 'borrowed' from back home and gives chase to Master's craft. Light and nimble, it easily catches up with the comparatively bulky spaceship. He looks into the cockpit but... he is confused! Sitting at the pilot's seat is the Leptys Scepter, holding... the Leptys Scepter?! He chooses one at random and uses his phazer gun to phase it straight through both their hulls into his escape pod. He exits hyperspace, but is somewhat unaware whether or not he got the real Leptys Scepter, or Master himself, who appears to have the very appearance of said Scepter.

[Bradandez]

Finally arriving at the previous location of Shrooblord and Master in hyperspace, Bradandez observes the ship and sees a scepter and tests if it's the real deal. He taps it once onto the floor and confirms it's the real Scepter.

Bradandez gets his Orbble juice and makes himself an Orrble. He then proceeds to go to the hideous, terrifying planet of the ugly, killer rat people.

[Maz]

It was at this moment that Bradandez realized two things. One: Those rat people were really "Robo-Pirates Ver 2.0"® in disguise, and the planet was really a secret base to develop weapons for Razorbeard. Two: He just said "Ugly, killer rat people" out loud. It didn't help his situation that the General of the first division of Razorbeard's Army, the thouroughly feared Maz - who, to make things worse, is known to be very sensible about his unnaturally ugly appearence - was among them.

The force of the Scepter, magnificent as it is, could not withstand the force of 10.000 Henchmen led by a furios General; Bradandez was brutally obliterated. With his rage having finally come to an end, General Maz was once again able to gain his ability of thinking clearly - and, recognizing the potential of the Scepter, takes it for himself.
