It saddens me to see my favorite show end, but nonetheless I can't wait to see the final episode.

That was certainly an emotional ending, it was great seeing how all the characters arcs were resolved (And those credits were really heartwarming too!).

So while disney was busy blowing all our goddamn minds yesterday, Cartoon Network put this up:
I've been a skeptic on them rebooting this from the start, but it seems the networks gotten their shit together since Teen Titans Go!

I don't want to talk about PPG, I want to talk about Gravity Falls.
Man, it's been one hell of a ride. I've been a fan since I saw the first episode and I remember trying not to burst in laughter. I remember this was the first show I've ever experienced that had continuity and was so fascinated that it did that. Soon after I did my best to catch every single episode when it premiered. All the characters, story arcs, episodes, and the shorts were just so well crafted. I thank Alex Hirsch for such an amazing series. Not only did it entertain me, but it also inspired me to become a better cartoonist than I am right now.

The story has got a slow start yes but once you reach episode 25 you won't stop, that's what I can say .

Still can't get into this show.
Eh, not everyone can't get into GF either.

Heh, like I said, it's definitely quite a joyful cartoon, it's not as plot focused as Gravity Falls, but it's just as fun. And it can still hit you hard when it needs to.
Also, please try to avoid one worded posts, Hooz. There's no formal rule against them, but they are discouraged.

Well screw you because reasons!
I would have started watching a week before the 2nd season had started, when I was visiting my older sister Holly and my nephews and niece. Their family loves to watch Disney XD, and it aired right after this show called "Randy Cunningham 9th Grade Ninja;" anyways we didn't get very far into the episode because Holly didn't like the tone of the show (her youngest at the time would have been 3) or Mabel. My interest was peaked and I quickly saw season 1 just in time to watch season 2.
To this day it's been proof to me (along with ATLA & Korra) that there is interest in animated stories that have arcs and endings and not the bilge that shows like Spongebob or Teen Titans Go currently provide; which is part of what has inspired me to pursue animation and further my cartooning.

I'd try and watch it but there's no way I'm dropping $25 for a digital volume of the series, I'd much rather have a physical DVD that I can afford.
