Wortur is always good, unless it's straight from the Thames in which case your headaches may be a sign of something worse

For some bizarre reason, when I get headaches I often find it therapeutic to stretch my jaw muscles by opening my mouth wide and looking up.

I wonder if there's a physiological reason for that, I wouldn't be surprised. Applying pressure to a certain part of the head, perhaps? Encouraging blood to flow back down away from the problem area?

I suspect it's a combination of focussing pressure elsewhere and creating a clear airway. Still, it's odd.

- I often wonder whether my headaches are considerably worse than others'. Other people don't seem to moan about them to the same tune that I do, because when I have one, I can't really focus on anything else.
- I should learn some proper French and post some messages there...
