< got up to get mcdonald's breakfast and wander around town to look at halloween costumes, but everything is shut

< already have his costume, the Incognito. But < doesn't celebrate Halloween, < just awaits children with a chainsaw, no no, < won't hurt them, but < only wants a good laugh.
