The Saturn version seems to be the more graphically-pleasing of all the versions, in my opinion, now that I FINALLY got to see it first hand.
And I later found that it depends greatly upon what version of Rayman 1 for PC you do have. I actually now have both a disk from later on (says for Windows 3.1/95/98) and an original copy (says 3.1/95 only) with original manual and box. The original version seems to have single layered backgrounds only available while the later one is upgraded slightly.
It's very hard to say for sure, because I've actually gotten my hands on 3 Rayman PC copies over the years. :\ One, I got from a friend and later gave to a friend to borrow, only to later find another disk for $1, so I let him keep it... and then another disk later that my girlfriend had and never played (the original 1995 box/manual/cd set).

Well, the oldest version of PC Rayman I have is "Rayman 1.20" in German. It's the same as the original but with only 20 music tracks.

It's 50. The original, 1.0 PC version also had 50 tracks. I'm just cursed so that no matter what I do, I always get a 19/20-track version.

The Saturn version had quite a few tracks too. I was quite surprised to find that it had music I never knew was even part of the original Rayman game.

Is that music actually on RayTunes? I believe not, but I would like to hear it.

All of the 50 original tracks are on Raytunes. The Jaguar version probably had 50 too, but they were totally different.

Then it is an extra track, but present only on Rayman Junior.

Yes, there is. That, apart from the UbiSoft theme, was the first piece of Rayman music I ever heard.
